Should you ever hear yourself say, "I will be doing this if xyz" then stop it at the moment. "Once I lose weight I will go hiking." "When I complete this customer's work I will write my book." You Hang About the Incorrect People


Yes, even as an adult one can pick the wrong friends. If you frequently end up at odds with your buddies' values and aims in life, or wind up apologizing for different people's behaviour, you are only making excuses to prevent an embarrassing decision. You have outgrown your pals.


Saying:"I will never..."
